Special exhibition "From inferno to peace symbol. 80 years Hiroshima and Nagasaki" 4.7.2025-11.1.2026 at Museum Fünf Kontinente

To mark the 80th anniversary of the only atomic bombs dropped on cities, the Museum Fünf Kontinente, in cooperation with the LMU Japan-Center, stages an exhibition conceived by the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum."

The Japan Center welcomes students to our BA program in Japanese Studies, the MA program in Japanese Studies, and – in collaboration with other Asian Studies Institutes – the joint MA program “Religion and Philosophy in Asia”.
